requested information, and presented Centex Homes' request for a 2 -year extension to complete <br />the remaining required sidewalks within Provence Bay. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, to approve <br />Provence Bay's request. <br />Commissioners, staff, and Attorney Barkett discussed whether the Motion was <br />conditioned upon putting in the sidewalks referred to in the backup memorandum (where there <br />were gaps between the units), and it was determined that the Motion would stand as presented. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously.
