COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED IF THE BOARD IS STILL WAITING FOR <br />THE WATER LINES TO BE TURNED OVER TO THE COUNTY, AND THE ATTORNEY <br />ADVISED THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR 4 OR 5 MONTHS. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE STATED THAT HE WOULD GO. ALONG WITH <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS' RECOMMENDATION AND THAT WE ALSO HAVE A FIRM LETTER <br />OF INTENT SETTING A TIME LIMIT; AND THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR CANNOT <br />SIGN THE PLAT OR IT CANNOT BE RECORDED UNTIL THESE THINGS HAVE BEEN <br />COMPLETED. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INTERJECTED THAT THE WATER LINES ARE TO <br />BE DEDICATED TO THE COUNTY FREE AND CLEAR OF ENCUMBRANCES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO CONTINUE THE MATTER UNTIL THIS <br />AFTERNOON. <br />PLANNER REVER APPROACHED THE BOARD REQUESTING TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL OF BENTWOOD TERRACE SUBDIVISION, AS REQUESTED BY JAMES A. <br />FOWLER. HE CONTINUED THAT THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT LOT <br />1 IS LOW AND SHOULD BE BUILT UP, AND AN INCLUSION OF AN 18" CULVERT <br />ON THE ROAD ENTRANCEWAY SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAN. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER VIODTKE, SECONDED BY COM- <br />MISSIONER DEESON, THAT TENTATIVE APPROVAL BE GIVEN FOR BENTWOOD <br />TERRACE SUBDIVISION WITH THE INCLUSION OF AN IS" CULVERT ON THE ROAD <br />ENTRANCEWAY, AND THAT LOT I BE BUILT UP BY THE DEVELOPER. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED REGARDING THE DRAINAGE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON <br />AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />SURVEYOR .JAMES A. FOWLER APPROACHED THE BOARD FOR FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF VILLAS OF.VERO BEACH AND STATED THAT ALL OF THE PLAT IS <br />IN THE CITY OF VERO BEACH AND HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THEM, EXCEPT THE <br />SOUTH 35' WHICH IS IN THE COUNTY. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING LETTER FROM <br />ENGI-NEER BEINDORF: <br />FEB 2 01980 7 ,9009 4 PCE <br />
