The clearing and <br />grubbing has been completed and the work covered under this bond shall cover the <br />cost of the subbase, limerock base and 1" thickness of asphaltic concrete. The <br />unit prices shown are those which have been contracted to do the construction of <br />36th Avenue lying north of 14th Street between Condev Properties, Inc., and John <br />T. Trodglen & Co. They are as follows: <br />1: 6" limerock base and stabilization <br />2. 1" asphaltic concrete <br />JLB:mk <br />cc: Mr. Joseph J. Beindorf <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR THEN DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITY OF THE <br />DEVELOPER DEPOSITING $3,740 WITH THE COUNTY AND SOME TIME IN THE <br />FUTURE, WHEN THE STREET IS PAVED, THE MONEY WOULD BE ON DEPOSIT TO <br />OFFSET THE COST OF PAVING. HE FELT THERE WAS NO REASON TO PAVE THE <br />12' STRIP NOW BECAUSE IT WOULD ONLY BE A CONSTANT PROBLEM UNTIL THE <br />ENTIRE ROAD WAS PAVED, THE ADMINISTRATOR CITED A SIMILAR CASE WHERE <br />THE COUNTY REQUIRED THAT THE 12' STRIP BE PAVED; IT HAS NOW DETERIORATED <br />
