Boas 43 PAGE 428. <br />MR. ZAMBATARO STATED IT WAS IN HIS FATHER'S NAME, WHICH IS <br />THE SAME AS HIS, BUT HE RECENTLY ADDED HIS OWN NAME ON THE TAX ROLL. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY THEN ASKED HOW HE FELT ABOUT A FIRE STATION <br />BEING LOCATED NEXT TO HIS PROPERTY. <br />MR. ZAMBATARO FELT THAT A FIRE STATION WOULD BE AN ASSET, <br />BUT HE FELT THAT THE PROPOSED HOME WOULD DEPRECIATE THE AREA. HE <br />THEN MENTIONED THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO LIVE NEXT TO 15 OR ZO <br />Z, <br />UNGOVERNABLE CHILDREN - NEITHER WOULD THE DEVELOPERS. MR. ZAMBATARO <br />REITERATED THAT HE FELT THERE WAS A NEED FOR SUCH A HOME BUT DID NOT <br />THINK THE PROPOSED SITE WAS A GOOD LOCATION. HE CONTINUED THAT <br />COUNTY EMPLOYEES ADVISED HIM THAT THIS WAS A STUMP DUMP AND INDICATED <br />THAT NO PERMANENT STRUCTURE COULD EVER BE BUILT THERE. <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS AFFIRMED THAT IT WAS A STUMP <br />DUMP AND BEFORE ANYTHING COULD BE BUILT THERE, THE LAND MUST HAVE <br />SPECIAL TREATMENT. HE CONTINUED THAT THE LAND COULD BE EXCAVATED <br />AND THE STUMPS REMOVED, WHICH ARE BURIED S' TO 10' DEEP, OR PUT IN <br />PILINGS; EITHER WAY IT INCREASES THE COST OF ANY BUILDING THAT WOULD <br />BE PUT ON IT. THE ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT HE DID NOT WANT MR. <br />ZAMBATARO TO HAVE THE IDEA THAT NOTHING COULD BE BUILT ON THE LAND; <br />ONE OF THE ABOVE METHODS MUST BE USED BEFOREHAND. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT THEN ASKED IF THE EXCHANGE CLUB WAS AWARE <br />OF THIS PROBLEM. <br />ATTORNEY O'NEILL NOTED THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF IT AND FELT <br />IF IT WAS A REASONABLE COST, THAT ADDITIONAL COST WOULD BE OTHERWISE <br />JUSTIFIED BY THE FINE LOCATION. HE CONTINUED THEY ESTIMATED IT <br />WOULD COST ABOUT $10,000 TO PREPARE THE LAND, AND APPROXIMATELY $75,000 <br />FOR THE BUILDING; AT THIS POINT, THEY ARE STILL PREPARED TO GO ALONG <br />WITH THAT SITE. <br />WERE MADE. <br />MR. ZAMBATARO ASKED ATTORNEY O'NEILL IF ANY COST STUDIES <br />ATTORNEY O'NEILL REPORTED THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ACTUAL <br />FIGURES; JUST A BALL PARK FIGURE AND IF IT WOULD BE MORE THAN THE <br />FIGURES JUST MENTIONED, THEN THEY WOULD HAVE TO THINK IT OVER AGAIN. <br />
