TRENT THEN DISTRIBUTED A PACKET OF MATERIAL TO <br />THE BOARD THAT THE HOSPITAL IS PRESENTING TO VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS <br />IN THE COUNTY URGING THEIR SUPPORT IN HAVING INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD <br />EXTENDED. <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS ADVISED THAT THE COUNTY HAS <br />ENGAGED REYNOLDS, SMITH & HILLS TO WORK ON THE PERMITTING FOR INDIAN <br />RIVER BOULEVARD. HE CONTINUED THAT THE ALIGNMENT HAS BEEN REDRAWN <br />BUT HAS NOT BEEN FINALLY APPROVED BY THE DER. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED MR. TRENT TO PASS ALONG TO THE <br />HOSPITAL TRUSTEES THAT THE EXTENSION OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD IS <br />A HIGH PRIORITY WITH THE BOARD. <br />THE CHAIMAN ASKED IF THE COMMISSIONERS WISHED TO ADD <br />ANYTHING TO THE AGENDA. <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON REQUESTED ADDING AN ITEM CONCERNING <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE PAVING.OF STATE ROAD 512. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS REQUESTED ADDING THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER SHORES AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY REGARDING WATER <br />AND SEWER,'AND DISCUSSION OF LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM A MEMBER <br />OF THE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO ADD THOSE EMERGENCY ITEMS TO <br />THE AGENDA. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ANNOUNCED THAT THE AMERICAN FLAG WOULD <br />BE FLOWN AT HALF MAST UNTIL THE END OF THIS WEEK IN HONOR OF THE <br />EIGHT MEN KILLED RECENTLY IN IRAN IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESCUE THE HOSTAGES, <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING LETTER FROM FREDA WRIGHT <br />IN THE CLERKS AGENDA: <br />4 <br />3 _. <br />MAY 71900 Boa 43 Fac -t 419 <br />
