5. As part of the concurrency management system, the <br />solid waste disposal district shall provide <br />quarterly estimates of the volume of the active <br />segment of the landfill which has been used and <br />remaining available capacity. <br />(3) Recreation <br />(a) Recreation Supply <br />Recreation supply can be determined by adding together: <br />1. The total park acreage of existing parks by type by <br />park district; <br />2. The total park acreage of proposed parks by type by <br />park district if: <br />a. facility expansion is the subject of a binding <br />executed contract providing for commencement <br />of construction or property acquisition within <br />one year; or <br />b. facility expansion or property acquisition is <br />guaranteed in an enforceable development <br />agreement providing for facility <br />expansion/property acquisition within one year. <br />(b) Recreation Demand <br />Recreation demand is calculated for residential <br />development only. Recreation demand for each park type <br />in each park district shall be determined by adding <br />together: <br />1. The demand for each park type in the applicable park <br />district created by existing development. This is <br />calculated by multiplying the existing population <br />by the level of service standards established for <br />each park type; <br />2. The projected demand for each park type in the <br />applicable park district created by the anticipated <br />completion of other approved developments for which <br />initial or final concurrency determinations have <br />been approved and the projected demand anticipated <br />by completion of other vested development projects; <br />and <br />3. The projected demand for each park type in the <br />applicable park district created by the anticipated <br />125 <br />
