Family - Any number of individuals, related by blood, marriage, or <br />adoption, or up to four (4) individuals not so related living <br />together as a single house -keeping unit, and utilizing common <br />kitchen facilities within the dwelling. <br />Farm or Farmland - A parcel of land of not less than 35 acres, in <br />one ownership, that is used primarily for the commercial, soil <br />dependent cultivation of agricultural crop production and/or for <br />the raising of livestock. The term "one ownership" shall include <br />an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, <br />partnership, association, or two or more persons having a joint or <br />common interest in the land. <br />FDOT Generalized Planning Capacity - The service volume capacities, <br />general daily, general peak hour and general peak hour/peak <br />direction as defined in the Florida Department of Transportation <br />publication entitled Florida's Level of Service Standards and <br />Guidelines Manual for Planning. <br />Feedlot - Any tract of land or structure, pen, or corral, wherein <br />cattle, horses, sheep, goats, and swine are maintained in close <br />quarters for the purpose of fattening such livestock for final <br />shipment to market. <br />Feepayer - A person commencing land development activity generating <br />traffic that places additional demand on the County's major road <br />network system and who has paid a "Fair Share Roadway Improvements <br />Fee" in accordance with the terms of the Fair Share Roadway <br />Improvements, Chapter 953. <br />Fence (or Wall) - A freestanding standing structure of any material <br />or combination of materials erected for confinement, screening and <br />partition purposes. <br />Festival - Musical or Entertainment - Any gathering of groups or <br />individuals for the purpose of listening to or participation in <br />entertainment which consists primarily of musical renditions <br />conducted in open spaces not within an enclosed structure. <br />Filling Stations - See Gasoline Service Station. <br />Filtration or to Filter - The selective removal of suspended matter <br />from stormwater by passing the water through at least two (2) feet <br />of a suitable fine -textured granular medium such as porous soil, <br />uniformly graded sand and gravel or other natural or artificial <br />aggregate, which may be used in conjunction with filter fabric or <br />underdrain pipe or both. <br />Fire Flow Demand - The required fire flow water demand established <br />for a specific building structure to be supplied by a water <br />distribution system based on the Insurance Service Office (ISO) <br />Fire Suppression Grading Schedule. The fire flow demand is set <br />for each specific building based on the type of structure, floor <br />area, occupancy, and other characteristics. <br />35 <br />
