activities or attain certain objectives in accordance with special <br />regulations, restrictions or limitations. <br />Funeral Chapel - A place of assembly used to conduct funeral <br />services (ceremonies). <br />Funeral Home - A premises, structure or site used as a commercial <br />establishment for the preparation of deceased humans for burial <br />and/or for the conduction of funeral services prior to burial or <br />other disposition of deceased human remains. Such a premises, <br />structure or site shall not be used for the burial, prolonged <br />storage or permanent disposition of deceased human remains. <br />Garage, Private - A detached accessory building or portion of a <br />main building used for the parking or storage of automobiles for <br />the occupants of the main building. A carport is to be considered <br />a private garage. <br />Garage, Repair - A building designed and used for the storage, <br />care, repair, or refinishing of motor vehicles including both minor <br />and major mechanical overhauling, paint, and body work. <br />Garage, Public - A building designed and used for the storage of <br />automotive vehicles operated as a business enterprise with a <br />service charge or fee being paid to the owner or operator for the <br />parking or storage of privately owned vehicles. <br />Garbage - Every refuse accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable <br />matter that attends the preparation, use, cooking and dealing in, <br />or storage of edibles, and any other matter, or any nature <br />whatsoever, which is subject to decay, putrefaction, and the <br />generation of noxious or offensive gases or odors, or which, during <br />or after decay, may serve as breeding or feeding material for flies <br />or other germ -carrying insects, or any other container of the <br />material defined herein, but excludes animal carcasses. <br />Garden Trash - All accumulation of leaves, grass, shrubbery <br />cuttings, logs, tree limbs, brush, palm fronds, and other refuse <br />attending the care of lawns, shrubbery, vines and trees. <br />Gasoline Service Station - Any structure, building or land used for <br />retail sales and dispensing of motor vehicle fuels or oils, whether <br />self-service or not. A service station may furnish supplies, <br />equipment and minor repair services, including tires, to vehicles <br />incidental to selling and dispensing of motor vehicle fuels and <br />oils. <br />General Obligation Bonds - Bonds backed by a pledge of the general <br />taxing power or "full faith and credit" of the issuing government. <br />General Recreation - A land use type, as described in the Fair <br />Share Roadway Improvements Chapter 953, that is not listed in the <br />Chapter's fee schedule and is not assigned a specific recreational <br />land use code in the current Institute of Traffic Engineers (ITE) <br />Manual. <br />38 <br />
