Human male genitals in a discernible turgid state, even <br />if completely and opaquely covered. <br />Specified Sexual Activities - Specified sexual activities <br />consisting of: <br />a. Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation, arousal <br />or tumescence; or <br />b. Acts of human adamutism, analingus, beastiality, buggery, <br />cunnilingus, coprophagy, coprophilia, masochism, <br />masturbation, mecrophilia, pederasty, pedophilia, sadism, <br />sadomasochism, sapphism, sexual intercourse, sodomy, <br />urolagia or zooerasty; or <br />c. Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, <br />pubic region, buttock, anus or female breast; or <br />d. Excretory functions as part of or in connection with any <br />of the activities set forth in subsections (a) through <br />(b). <br />Specimen Tree - A tree which has been determined by the board of <br />county commissioners, following input from county environmental <br />planning staff, to be of high value because of its type, size, age, <br />or other relevant criteria, and has been so designated by the board <br />of county commissioners in the official record books following a <br />public hearing with due notice by certified mail to the owner. <br />Stable - Commercial - Any premises which provides boarding for <br />horses for a fee and/or where horses are available for rent or sale <br />to the general public. <br />Stable - Non -Commercial - A boarding facility for horses housing <br />no more than one (1) horse per acre of land area. The house, <br />boarding facility, and land area shall be held under the same <br />ownership.
