A Claim for an <br />adjustment in Contract Price shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of paragraph <br />12.01.13. A Claim for an adjustment in Contract Time shall be prepared in accordance with the <br />provisions of paragraph 12.02.13. No claim by the Contractor for an equitable adjustment hereunder <br />shall be allowed if asserted after final payment under this Contract. <br />SC 10.05 C Delete paragraph 10.05C of the General Conditions in its entirety. <br />SC 10.05 D and E Delete paragraphs 10.05.D and E of the General Conditions in their entirety <br />r. <br />ARTICLE 11 - COST OF THE WORK; ALLOWANCES; UNIT PRICE WORK <br />SC -11.02A Delete paragraph 11.02.A of the General Conditions in its entirety and replace with the <br />following: <br />It is understood that CONTRACTOR has included in the Contract Price all allowances so named in <br />the Contract Documents and shall cause the Work so covered to be performed for such sums as <br />may be acceptable to OWNER. <br />Delete paragraphs 11.02B through D of the General Conditions in their entirety. <br />00800-11 <br />
