B. Document each request with complete data, drawings and samples as <br />appropriate, substantiating compliance of proposed substitution with <br />Contract Documents including: <br />1. Comparison of the qualities of the proposed substitution with <br />the specified. <br />2. Changes required in other elements of the work because of the <br />substitution. <br />3. Effect on the construction schedule. <br />4. Cost data comparing the proposed substitution with the <br />product specified. <br />5. Any required license fees or royalties <br />6. Availability of maintenance service, and the source replacement <br />materials. <br />C. Request constitutes a representation that Contractor: <br />i. Has investigated proposed product and determined that it <br />meets or exceeds, in all respects, specified product. <br />2. Will provide the same warranty for substitution as for specified <br />product. <br />3. Will coordinate installation and make other changes which may <br />be required for work to be complete in all respects. <br />4. Waives claims for additional costs which may subsequently <br />become apparent. <br />D. Substitutions will not be considered when they are indicated or implied <br />on Shop Drawing or Product Data submittals without separate written <br />request, or when acceptance will require substantial revision of <br />Contract Documents. <br />E.
