REVER NOTED THAT, AS THE ATTORNEY POINTED OUT, THE <br />PLANNING STAFF'.S RECOMMENDATION IS CONTRARY TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. <br />AND A CHANGE COULD NOT BE MADE IN-FAVOR.OF THEIR RECOMMENDATION WITHOUT <br />THE CONCURRENCE OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS. <br />COMM-ISSIONER_FLETCHER STATED THAT HE PERSONALLY WOULD ACCEPT <br />THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING STAFF. _ <br />MOTION WAS.MADE BY COMMISSIONER FLETCHER TO READVERTISE THE <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY FOR REZONING -TO R -2D. <br />MOTION DIED FOR LACK -OF A SECOND. _ <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE POINTED OUT THAT THE BOARD INITIATED THIS <br />PUBLIC HEARING BASED ON A REZONING TO.R-2B, AND HE WOULD LIKE TO GO ON <br />WITH THE HEARING AS -ADVERTISED -AND LISTEN TO EVERYONE'S REACTIONS., <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />MAY 2-01981 _ _ <br />57 goon 4 PACE -504 <br />
