facilities are or will be required by Bidder in order to perform and furnish the work at <br />the contract price, within the contract time and in accordance with the other terms <br />and conditions of the Contract Documents, including specifically the provisions of <br />Paragraph 4,04 of the General Conditions. <br />(f) Bidder has correlated the results of all such observations, examinations, <br />investigations, explorations, tests, reports and studies with the terms and conditions <br />of the Contract Documents. <br />(g) Bidder has given Engineer written notice of all conflicts, errors or discrepancies that <br />it has discovered in the Contract Documents and the written resolution thereof by <br />Engineer is acceptable to Kidder. <br />(Ft? This bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed <br />pet -son, firm, or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement <br />or rules of any group, association, organization or corporation; bidder Ila$ not <br />directly or indirectly induced or solicited any ether Bidder to subrrrit a false or sham <br />Bid; Bidder has not solicited or induced any person, frrrrr or corporation to refrain <br />from bidding; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any <br />advantage over any other Bidder or over Owner. <br />4. Bidder will complete and include. with the bid the Schedule of Bid items attached to this <br />proposal. The quantities shown on the Schedule of Bid Items are approximate quantities to <br />be used for the purpose of comparing bids. The actual quantities may vary. It is furtfrer <br />understood that the actual amount of the Agreement, and payments there under, will be <br />based upon the actual quantities placed into the work. <br />5. Bidder agrees that the worse will be completed in accordance with the following timeframe. <br />(a) Within 16 calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall <br />complete the following tasks: <br />1. Obtain all necessary permits. <br />2. Receive approved shop drawings for all materials and equipment to be <br />utilized in the job. <br />3. Perform all photographic recording and documentation of conditions prior to <br />construction. <br />4. Locate all existing utilities in the area of work. <br />5. Submit and secure approval of shop drawings <br />6. Mobilize all labor, equipment, and materials. <br />7. Deliver and store all equipment and materials to the job site. <br />8. Notify ail utilities and other cffected parties prior to initiating construction. <br />(b) From 16 calendar days to 120 calendar days from the effective date of Notice to <br />ProceeJ, the CONTRACTOR shall complete the following tasks: <br />1. Install a!I pipe and appurtenant items. <br />2. Perform all testing. <br />3. Restore all disturbed areas to their pile-const(uction condition. <br />4.
