Shall be amended to read: <br />B. The Old Dixie Highway / South Relief Canal Bridge Replacement and 2nd Street closure; <br />Old Dixie Highway at the South Relief Canal may be closed to through traffic for a period not to <br />exceed 120 calendar days. 2"d Street may be closed to through traffic for a period not to exceed 45 <br />calendar days. The maintenance of traffic plan and the detour shall be in place prior to the road <br />closure. Liquidated damages in the amount of $1,148.00 will also apply for each calendar day that <br />expires after the above specified road closures. <br />The Itemized Bid Schedule in the Contract Documents and Specifications shall be amended by deleting <br />line Item 334-1-12C TEMPORARY PAVEMENT, LUMP SUM. See the attached revised Itemized Bid <br />Schedule Sheet 00310-3, dated April 12, 2010. <br />Appendix `B' MOT DETOUR PLAN in the Contract Documents has been revised to reflect miscellaneous <br />changes. All maintenance of traffic devices, proper detour signage and advanced notification through the <br />Traffic Division shall be in place prior to any road closure. <br />DRAINAGE• <br />Excavation and embankment line items were added to account for the construction of the Retention Ponds <br />The Itemized Bid Schedule in the Contract Documents and Specifications shall be amended by adding Line <br />Item 120-1-1 EXCAVATION REGULAR (pond), 6,000 Cubic Yards, and Line Item 120-6-1 <br />EMBANKMENT (Compacted in Place) (Pond), 50, Cubic Yards. See the attached revised Itemized Bid <br />Schedule Sheet 00310-3, dated April 12, 2010. <br />The Outfall Structure for Dry Retention Area #1 has been revised by the addition of Control Structure #1 <br />(CS#1). Sheets 6, 7 & 8 of 24 of the construction drawings, Project no. A804. <br />The Itemized Bid Schedule in the Contract Documents and Specifications Line Item 425-3-81 CONTROL <br />STRUCTURE, quantity -1, unit — Each shall be amended to quantity 2. <br />UTILITIES: <br />An 8' Air Release Valve shall be installed in the 8" water main attached to the bridge.
