Nel�'_ REFERENCES: <br />County Administrator <br />Description and Conditions <br />The Engineer of Record, Mr. Ed Schmucker, has requested final plat <br />approval of the above subject subdivision. The Engineer of Record has <br />certified that all improvements are in accordance with the approved <br />prelominary plat drawings and the Subdivision Ordinance and that out- <br />standing billings are current. <br />Analysis and Alternatives <br />On July 7, 1981, a final inspection was performed by the County <br />Engineer at the site and the attached discrepancy items were noted. <br />All items on the final inspection list have been completed except <br />the following.: <br />1.) Due to present drought conditions burning of cleared <br />material and seeding and mulching has not been performed. <br />Once drought conditions subside, the developer has indicated <br />that he will seed and mulch all swales and easements and <br />burn the cleared material. The Forestry Division will not <br />issue a burning permit until the dry conditions improve. <br />The developer would like to post a cash maintenance bond <br />with the County for this work. <br />2.) The street signs have not been installed, but are on order. <br />Traffic control signs have been installed. The developer <br />would like to submit a cash performenace bond for the <br />materials and installation of the street signs to be refunded <br />once they are installed. <br />JUL 151991 <br />47 <br />m K 46 PAGE 869 <br />J <br />
