Compliance to IEEE 519 — harmonic analysis for particular jobsite including total <br />harmonic voltage distortion and total harmonic current distortion (TDD). <br />a. The VFD manufacturer shall provide calculations; specific to this installation, <br />showing total harmonic voltage distortion is less than 5%. Input filters shall be <br />sized and provided as required by the VFD manufacturer to ensure compliance <br />with IEEE standard 519. All VFD's shall include a minimum of 5% impedance <br />reactors. <br />C. LEED Submittals <br />1. Product Data for Credit EA 5: For continuous metering equipment for energy <br />consumption. <br />D. Test Reports: Indicate field test and inspection procedures and test results. <br />E. Manufacturer's Field Reports: Indicate start-up inspection findings. <br />F. Harmonic Analysis Study and Report: Comply with IEEE 399 and NETA Acceptance Testing <br />Specification; indentify the effects of nonlinear loads and their associated harmonic <br />contributions on the voltages and currents throughout the electrical system. Analyze possible <br />operating scenarios, including recommendations for VFC input filtering to limit TDD and THD <br />(V) at each VFC to specified levels. <br />1.6 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. Section 01 - Execution and closeout requirements. <br />B. Provide final equipment submittal information with all noted corrections incorporated. <br />C. Field quality -control reports <br />D. Operation and Maintenance Data: Submit instructions complying with NEMA ICS 7.1. Include <br />procedures for starting and operating controllers, and describe operating limits possibly <br />resulting in hazardous or unsafe conditions. Include routine preventive maintenance schedule. <br />1. Manufacturer's written instructions for testing and adjusting thermal -magnetic circuit <br />breaker and MCP trip setting. <br />2. Manufacturer's written instructions for setting field -adjustable overload relays. <br />3. Manufacturer's written instructions for testing, adjusting, and reprogramming <br />microprocessor control modules. <br />4. Manufacturer's written instructions for setting field -adjustable timers, controls, and status <br />and alarm points. <br />E. Load Current and List of Settings of Adjustable Overload Relays: Compile after motors have <br />been installed and arrange to demonstrate that switch settings for motor -running overload <br />protection suit actual motor to be protected. <br />1.7 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A.
