�AUG 19191 <br />.. RECOMMENDATIONS AND'FUNDING <br />4' 47 Pk -E209 <br />Primary funding for these projects is from Farmer's Home Administration <br />Grant and Notes. To fund the bid short -fall of $425,808.81, the Administration <br />recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve a loan from the MSTU <br />Fund to the Construction Fund in the amount of $450,000. There are sufficient <br />cash balances within the MSTU Fund to provide this loan. In addition, <br />we are presenting our recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for <br />award of referenced Contracts, and will also outline three options available to <br />the Board of County Commissioners for implementing this project. <br />
