Bid Tabulation for Contract Part III, Reverse Osmosis <br />Equipment Support Facilities - Number of Bidders, 4 <br />D. Engineer's Estimate for each Contract (included with <br />each Contract Tabulation) <br />E. Project Cost Comparison for South County Water System <br />Improvements <br />F. Presentation of options available for implementing the <br />referenced Contracts <br />G. Notice of Award form (one for each Contract) <br />In an effort to inform the Board of County Commissioners as to the criteria <br />used in evaluating the Bids received for each of the three Contracts, we have <br />prepared a list of criteria applicable to each Contract which was used in <br />making our recommendations. Bid in compliance with the <br />Contract Documents <br />b. Amount of Base Bid <br />c. Consideration of the information <br />submitted with Base Bid(1) <br />d. Consideration of Exceptions and <br />Variations to the Base Bid <br />e. Consideration of Deductive <br />Alternates <br />f. Considerations of multiple (second, <br />etc.) Bids containing Major Varia- <br />tions of Exceptions.to Contract <br />Documents(2) <br />a. Bid in compliance with the <br />Contract Documents <br />b. Amount of Base Bid <br />c. Consideration of Deductive <br />Alternates <br />1. Note: Evaluation of information submitted by each Bidder with his Bid <br />included consideration of membrane replacement cost during the warranty period <br />and consideration of power cost during the warranty period. <br />2. Several Bidders submitted multiple Bids containing Major Variations or <br />Exceptions to the Contract Documents. These Bids were evaluated fully.
