~'9'1 <br />SEC. 21 completed SEC. 22 <br />(E) FRONT YARD. Every lot shall have a front yard or street yard <br />of not less than twenty-five (25) feet in depth. <br />(F) REAR YARD. Every lot shall have a rear yard of not less than <br />twenty 20) feet in depth. <br />(G) SIDE YARDS. A side yard shall be provided on each side of <br />every lot of not less than ten (10) feet in width. <br />(H) PARKING REGULATIONS. Off-street parking.spaces shall be <br />Provided in accor ince with the requirements for specific <br />uses as set forth in Section 24 of this Ordinance. <br />Section 22. M-1 RESi•RICTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT: <br />(A) <br />USES PERMITTED. In this district a building or premises may <br />e <br />used on y or the following purposes: <br />(1) <br />Retail, wholesale, rental, distribution, auction and/or <br />storage of new or used goods <br />(2) <br />Maintenance, repair, reconditioning, cleaning, transport- <br />ation, utilities, printing, cooking, fruit and vegetable <br />packing and/or processing, packaging and processing, test- <br />ing, light manufacturing and/or assembling operations <br />(3) <br />Veterinarian hospitals or clinics, boarding kennels <br />(4) <br />Research and development industries <br />(5) <br />Building storage yards, contractor's plants or storage <br />yards <br />(6) <br />Coal and wood yards <br />(7) <br />Ice plants <br />` <br />(8) <br />Commercial laundries <br />(9) <br />Machine shops <br />(10) <br />Stone yards <br />(11) <br />Storage warehouses, or any business of general wholesale <br />type <br />(12) <br />Light manufacturing or industrial plants except those <br />emitting noise, light, smoke, dust, fumes or obnoxious <br />or harmful odors beyond the property limits, or causing <br />air or water pollution in a measureable degree <br />(13) <br />Agricultural research laboratories <br />(14) <br />Accessory uses and structures customarily associated <br />with and subordinate to the above uses, subject to con- <br />ditions expressed in Section 25, sub -paragraph (G) <br />(B) <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS. The following uses may be permitted by <br />the <br />Board of County Commissioners, after site plan approval <br />and <br />recommendations have been received from the Zoning Comm- <br />ission according to Section 23. <br />(1) <br />Gasoline service stations <br />(2) <br />Auto race tracks <br />(3) <br />Junk and salvage yards <br />Storage or bailing of rags, iron, paper, wrecked or non - <br />usable automobiles or junk, provided the operation is <br />enclosed with a fence not less than six (6) feet high <br />which will obscure the view of said operation and pro- <br />vided cars shall not be piled one on the other. <br />(C) <br />BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT. No building or structure shall exceed <br />t irty-five 3 eet in height, exclusive of elevator shafts <br />and/or air conditioning condensing units and/or cooling towers <br />and <br />except as provided in Section 25, paragraphs (A) and (P) <br />(D) <br />MINI14UM SIZE LOT AND FLOOR AREA. None. <br />(E) <br />LOT <br />COVERAGE. No minimum. <br />(F) <br />SEPARATION BETWEEN BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT. None required. <br />•.33- <br />
