Lawrence A. <br />Barkett, J. B. Norton, of the Chamber of Commerce, David Greene, C. B. <br />Hardin, and David Rever of the -County Staff to discuss an all-encom- <br />passing, Transient Merchant and Flea Market Ordinance for Indian <br />River County. The input and suggestions to the County Staff and <br />Planning and Zoning Department from those in attendance, along with <br />other available data was used in preparing this ordinance. <br />This ordinance has been reviewed by the Assistant County Attorney, <br />Steve Houlihan, and is to be presented to the Board of County Com- <br />missioners for their approval. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The Board of County Commissioners agreed there was a'need for such an <br />ordinance and recommended that such an ordinance be created for their <br />consideration. This document has been written and is presented for <br />their approval. <br />RECO12-IENDATION: <br />The ordinance submitted at this time should be properly advertised <br />4 nsidered for adoption ublic hearing before t my <br />W'sion..
