(5) Churches, temples, places of worship, public <br />buildings, auditoriums, stadiums and other places of <br />public assembly. One (1) space for each four (4) <br />seats. <br />(6) Contractor's office or trade building. One (1) space <br />per five hundred (500) square feet of gross building <br />area. <br />(7) Convalescent homes, homes for the aged, retirement <br />homes, nursing homes and other similar health care <br />facilities. One (1) space shall be reserved for <br />doctors for each fifteen (15) patient beds, plus one <br />(1) space per ten (10) patient beds as approved under <br />the Certificate of Need, plus one (1) space per two <br />and one-half (2.5) employees, exclusive of doctor <br />parking spaces. <br />(8) Flea markets and farmer's markets. There shall be one <br />and one-half (1.5) identified parking spaces for each <br />booth or stand. In addition, each stand or booth shall <br />have one (1) backup parking space provided for a truck <br />or car for the purpose of loading and unloading. All <br />parking spaces and driveway aisles shall be <br />constructed with a stabalized base and be fully <br />sodded. <br />(9) Funeral homes, mortuaries and crematoriums. One (1) <br />space per sixty-five (65) square feet of gross floor <br />area within the chapel, plus one space per employee, <br />plus one space (1) per company-owned vehicles. <br />(10) Furniture, carpet and major appliance stores. (a) One <br />(1) space per five hundred (500) square feet of floor <br />area devoted to storage for the first four thousand <br />(4,000) square feet and one (1) space per seven <br />hundred fifty (750) square feet on the remaining <br />storage area, plus one (1) space per two hundred (200) <br />square feet of the remaining floor area, or (b) one <br />(1) space per four hundred (400) square feet of gross <br />building area for stores containing display area only. <br />(11) General commercial establishments. One (1) space per <br />two hundred (200) square feet of gross building area. <br />(12) Golf courses. (a) Private course serving primarily <br />on-site users: Executive course requires two (2) <br />spaces per hole and a championship course requires <br />two and on -half (2h) spaces per hole. (b) Public <br />or private course: Executive course requires three <br />(3) spaces per hole and a championship course requires <br />four (4) spaces per hole. <br />(13) Hotels and motels. One and three tenths (1.3) <br />spaces per rentable room plus one (1) space for each <br />three (3) seats offered to the public for restaurant <br />or lounge purposes. <br />(14) Hospitals, sanitariums and other similar health care <br />facilities. One (1) space shall be reserved for <br />doctors for each ten (10) patient beds, plus one (1) <br />space per four (4) patient beds, plus one (1) space <br />per one and one-half (1.5) employees, exclusive of <br />doctor parking spaces. <br />(15) Libraries and museums. One (1) space per four hundred <br />(400) square feet of gross building area. <br />(16) Medical and dental offices and out-patient clincs. <br />One (1) space per one hundred and seventy-five (175) <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br />-2- <br />
