(17) Manufacturing, wholesaling and storage businesses <br />which do not sell over the counter products to the <br />general public from the premises. One (1) space per <br />,five hundred (500) square feet of gross floor area. <br />(18) Marinas. One (1) space per three hundred (300) square <br />feet of principal building area plus one (1) space per <br />three (3) boat storage spaces. <br />(19) Mobile home or recreational vehicle sales. One (1) <br />space per five hundred (500) square feet of gross <br />building area plus one (1) space per twenty-five <br />hundred (2500) square feet of outside display area. <br />The display area shall be fully sodded. <br />(20) Multiple -family dwellings. (a) Two (2) spaces per <br />each dwelling unit; for each dwelling unit over forty <br />units, one-half ('k) space of the required parking may <br />be installed as grassed parking. (b) For "adult <br />community projects", one and one-half (12) spaces <br />per dwelling unit; for each dwelling unit over forty <br />(40) units, one-half (;) space of the required parking <br />may be installed as grassed parking. <br />(21) Nurseries or Greenhouses. One (1) space per five <br />hundred (500) square feet of gross floor area for <br />buildings. Pole barns, mist houses, shade houses, and <br />accessory structures shall not be included for <br />purposes of determining parking requirements. <br />(22) Nursery schools, kindergartens, and child care <br />facilities. One and one-half (1h) spaces per <br />staff person required for the licensed capacity of <br />the facility pursuant to local or state agency staff <br />ratio requirements. <br />(23) Private club or country club. (a) One (1) space per <br />two hundred (200) square feet of gross floor area plus <br />the required parking area for each associated <br />structure or use creating user parking demand. (b) <br />Private clubs located within residential projects <br />serving primarily on-site users are required to <br />provide one (1) space per two hundred square feet of <br />gross floor area plus the required parking area for <br />each associated structure or use creating user parking <br />demand of which up to fifty percent (50%) may be <br />grassed parking spaces. <br />(24) Professional offices. One (1) space per three <br />hundred (300) square feet of gross building area. <br />(25) Public or private commercially operated recreational <br />complexes and associated structures. Five (5) spaces <br />per gross acre for each acre of open space generating <br />user parking demand, plus one (1) space per one <br />hundred (100) square feet of gross floor area for <br />associated support buildings, plus the required number <br />of spaces for each specific recreational use. <br />(26) Racquetball Courts. Three (3) spaces per court. <br />(27) Restaurants or bars. One and one-half (1h) spaces <br />per one hundred (100) square feet of gross floor <br />area. <br />(28) Rooming and boarding houses, or dormitories. One (1) <br />space per two (2) sleeping spaces. <br />(29) Schools. <br />-3- <br />
