Comprehensive Plan and make this a unified area rather than <br />creating spot zoning. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. <br />Attorney Jackson representing First Citrus Bankers <br />commented that if the property to the west remained R-3, it <br />could present a problem as to traffic congestion and <br />rezoning it to C-lA would solve that problem. <br />Angelo Sanchez, President of First Citrus Bank, <br />commented that the facility they are proposing would be a <br />mini facility with drive-in lines; applications are now on <br />file with the State Comptroller's Office and the FDIC, and <br />they anticipate approval shortly, at which time they will <br />start the process for construction. They are hoping to be <br />operational by the third quarter of next year.
