JAN 61982 890A 48 FA;;F 417 <br />Administrator Nelson requested adding preliminary <br />plat approval of the Meadows Subdivision. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously agreed to add <br />the emergency item concerning the Meadows Subdivision to the <br />agenda. <br />Commissioner Scurlock discussed the resignation of <br />the Planner and felt it would be a good idea that a policy <br />be set as to the position of Planner. He suggested having a <br />workshop session before hiring a new Planner. <br />Administrator Nelson interjected that he would be <br />asking for a workshop concerning the Kelton reorganizational <br />report. <br />The Board agreed that it would be put on the <br />agenda at the earliest possible date. <br />Chairman Lyons requested adding an item regarding <br />the unemployment office. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed to.add the <br />item concerning the unemployment office to the agenda as an <br />emergency item. <br />ADOPTION OF MEETING POLICY PROCEDURE <br />The Chairman reviewed his following memorandum; <br />50 <br />2 <br />
