� 1 <br />APR 7 1982 19 P*337 <br />we have the strong possibility of a North County library <br />and, before too many years, we may also need a library in <br />the South County, he felt we should make provisions for the <br />long term and set up a County Library Board or committee, as <br />suggested in his memo, to give representation to all parts <br />of the county. He commented that he is, in effect, <br />negotiating to have an agreement between the County and the <br />Sebastian library group so that we can be in a position to <br />fund them and enable them to get state funds. <br />Karen Stephens, President of Sebastian River Library <br />Assoc., Inc., read the following statement to the Board. <br />P.O.
