<br />ty, Florida, for a period of one year next preceding the first publication of the attached copy of

<br />or corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />Of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the southwest corner of the intersection of
<br />82nd Avenue and 26th Street in Indian River i
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tract 1, Section 2, Townsh;p 33S, Range 38E,
<br />according to the last general plat of Indian
<br />River Farms Company as recorded in Plat j
<br />Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida, now Indian River
<br />County, Florida, less road rights-of-way. j
<br />Be rezoned from A -Agricultural to R-20,
<br />Multiple Family District.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing, regarding the appeal
<br />by the applicant of the decision by the Plan-
<br />ning and Zoning Commission to recommend
<br />disapproval of the rezoning request. The public
<br />hearing, at which parties In interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by said Board of County Com-
<br />missioners in the County Commission
<br />Chambers of the County Administration
<br />Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, April 21, 1982,
<br />at 1:30 P.M. -
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings Is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.

<br />Challacombe noted that the recommendation contains a figure of
<br />43.88 acres, which should be corrected to 36.88 as shown in the
<br />survey submitted to Planning.
