JUN 16 11982 : 50. AGI: 76 <br />Mr. Ragsdale commented that staff is now requesting one <br />additional item which is that the drainage swale be directed <br />towards the rear of the subdivision to the west. <br />Discussion followed as to whether this was feasible, - <br />and County Public Works Director Davis explained that the <br />intent was not to ask Mr. Fedele to drain to the west, but <br />to self -contain the water in the back swale easements. They <br />are up on the sand ridge where the percolation is very <br />rapid. <br />Joseph Fedele, owner of the subject subdivision, <br />informed the Board that the engineers who did the perc test <br />on this property found sand going down some 301; there is no <br />hardpan at all. Mr. Fedele confirmed that they have agreed <br />to make the drainage go west and contain the water within <br />their boundaries. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unani- <br />mously granted Preliminary Plat Approval of <br />Plantation Ridge Subdtvision with the under- <br />standing that the drainage will be directed <br />to the back lot easements. <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL - MEADOWS SUBDIVISION <br />The Board reviewed staff recommendation as follows: <br />
