<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />In
<br />aking the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the south side of State Road 60, east of 78th
<br />Avenue, in Indian River County, Florida; to -
<br />wit:
<br />The East 10 acres of the West 20.68 acres of
<br />Tract 10, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range
<br />38 East, Indian River County, Florida, ac-
<br />cording to the last general plat of lands of the
<br />Indian River Farms Company. -
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District and
<br />114 Multiple Dwelling District to R -2D Multi -
<br />Family District.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing, regarding the appeal
<br />by the applicant of the decision by the Plan-
<br />ning and Zoning Commission to recommend
<br />disapproval of the rezoning request. The public
<br />hearing, at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by said Board of County Com-
<br />missioners in theCounty. Commission
<br />Chambers of the County Administration
<br />Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, July 21, 1982,
<br />at 1:30 p.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of theproceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
