(b) complete details including water, sewer, and <br />storm drainage systems. The proposed general location of wells <br />and septic tanks shall be in conformity with the requirements of <br />the Indian River County Health Department and all State and local <br />ordinances (See 10 H (3)l. <br />(c) a master stormwater management and flood pro- <br />tection plan and complete calculations and exhibits as required by <br />Ordinance No. 82-28, as amended from time to time. <br />(d) typical sections and summary of quantities. <br />(e) construction details showing compliance with <br />County standards, or alternate design as approved by the County <br />Public works Director. <br />(f) special profile sheets, if necessary, showing <br />special or unique situations. <br />(g) bench mark location, based on National Geodetic <br />Vertical Data (N.G.V.D.); <br />(h) soil analysis, showing the locations and <br />results of test borings of the subsurface condition of the tract <br />to be developed, when required by the Public Works Director. Soil <br />Conservation Service information may be used when available. <br />where impervious soils or muck are encountered, the plans shall <br />reflect a satisfactory design to cope with such conditions. <br />(i) the plans shall contain the special conditions <br />and specifications pertaining to the subdivision in note form on <br />the plans, such as: <br />(1) required compliance to this ordinance. <br />(2) where applicable, required compliance with <br />State Standards as currently adopted and in <br />use. <br />(3) minimum standards for materials. <br />(4) test requirements for stabilization, base and <br />backfill. <br />(5) source of water and sewer service. <br />(6) required installation of subsurface construc- <br />tion such as water lines, sewer lines, public <br />utilities, traffic control devices and storm <br />drainage prior to compaction of subgrade and <br />-27- <br />
