road construction. <br />(7) traffic control devices and pavement markings. <br />(j) the plan and profile of each proposed street <br />and improvements to existing streets such as deceleration or turn <br />lanes (indicating the existing ground surfaces and proposed street <br />grade surface including extensions for a distance of fifty (50) <br />feet beyond the tract boundary) with tentative finished grades <br />indicated, and lot grading plan and including easement work, <br />clearing and grubbing, and structural details of facilities in <br />right-of-way. <br />(k) a typical cross-section of each type proposed <br />street or bikeway, showing the width of pavement, the location and <br />width of sidewalks, where required and rights-of-way. <br />(1) proposed erosion control facilities (seeding <br />and sod limits, etc.) and the limits of earthwork construction. <br />(m) plans for street lighting (having the approval <br />of the local power authority); landscaping, parks, recreational <br />areas and parking area. The plans shall have applicable approvals <br />of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction and which are <br />affected by the construction. <br />(n) projects engineered by.more than one firm shall <br />be coordinated by a single engineering firm or an engineer of <br />record appointed by the developer. <br />(o) a certificate from a surveyor registered in the <br />State of Florida that a concrete permanent reference marker has <br />been located in the public right-of-way at a corner point of the <br />subdivision near the entrance way of the proposed subdivision. <br />The permanent reference marker shall be identified on the plat of <br />the subdivision as the master survey point for the subdivision and <br />shall be used to establish the grade level for all improvements in <br />the subdivision. <br />(p) where the design of the subdivision includes <br />man-made canals or waterways, plans of the proposed construction <br />will be included and shall indicate: <br />(1) all bulkhead lines <br />(2) detailed cross sections showing existing and <br />-28- <br />
