An analysis of the effect the <br />project will have on various aspects of the community infrastruc- <br />ture. The extent of the report shall vary with the type, extent <br />and intensity of development. ` <br />49) RIGHT-OF-WAY. Land dedicated, deeded, used, or to <br />be used for a street, alley, walkway, boulevard, utility <br />installations, drainage facility, access for ingress or egress, or <br />other purpose by the public, certain designated individuals, or <br />governing bodies. <br />50) ROADWAY. The portion of the street right-of-way <br />which contains the street pavement, curb and gutter, and is used <br />primarily for vehicular movement. <br />51) STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN. An engineering plan and <br />written report outlining the drainage and stormwater treatment <br />facilities required for the proper development of the tract under <br />consideration pursuant to the Stormwater Management and Flood <br />Protection Ordinance, No. 82-28 as amended. <br />52) STREET. A right-of-way which provides vehicular <br />traffic access between certain points and which may also provide <br />space for the location of utilities. Streets are classified by <br />function as follows: <br />(a) Arterial: Those routes intended to carry heavy <br />volumes of traffic for major distances within <br />or through the County, as delineated on the <br />Indian River County Thoroughfare Plan. <br />(b). Primary Collector: Those routes intended to <br />carry heavy volumes of traffic for short <br />distances within the County, as delineated on <br />the Indian River County Thoroughfare Plan. <br />(c) Secondary Collector: A street which carries <br />traffic from minor streets to arterial streets, <br />as indicated on the Indian River County <br />Thoroughfare Plan. <br />(d) Subdivision Feeder Road: A street which serves <br />-9- <br />
