`t ar <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 18th day of August <br />1982, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision <br />of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County" <br />and LLOYD AND ASSOCIATES, INC., Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Engineer." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />County and Engineer in consideration of their mutual <br />covenants herein agree with respect to the performance of <br />professional engineering services by Engineer and the payment for <br />those services by owner as set forth below. <br />Engineer shall provide professional engineering services <br />for owner in all phases of the project described as the Sixteenth <br />Street Traffic and Pedestrian Improvement Project including 20th <br />Avenue and connecting roadways, serve as County's professional <br />engineering representative for the project as set forth below and <br />shall give professional engineering consultation and advice to <br />County during the performance of the services to be rendered <br />hereunder. <br />SECTION I - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br />The County agrees to provide the following material, <br />data, or services as required in connection with the work to be <br />performed under this agreement; <br />A. Provide the Engineer with a copy of the preliminary <br />Engineering report titled "Sixteenth Street Traffic Improvement <br />Plan" prepared by the Indian River County/City of Vero Beach <br />Traffic Engineering Division. The County will make available to <br />Engineer all Board of County Commissioner and Transportation <br />Planning Committee meeting minutes for reference. , <br />B. Provide the Engineer with all available traffic <br />data, and copies of any drainage reports, drawings, right-of-way <br />maps, and other documents in the possession of the County perti- <br />nent to the project. <br />C.
