G 1 1982 <br />titU <br />requested. <br />The Engineer will make any revisions requested <br />by <br />the <br />County. <br />(9) The contract documents furnished by the <br />Engineer shall utilize standard construction contract documents, <br />including Supplemental and General Conditions, Contract Change <br />Orders and partial payment estimates. Florida DOT design <br />standards and Standard Specifications shall be used. <br />(10) Prior to the advertisement for bids. by County, <br />the Engineer, for each construction contract, will provide not to <br />exceed ten (10) copies of detailed drawings, specifications, and <br />contract documents for use of the County, and the appropriate <br />Federal, State and local agencies from whom approval of the pro- <br />ject must be obtained. The cost of such drawings, specifications <br />and contract documents are included in the basic compensation paid <br />to Engineer. <br />(11) The Engineer will furnish additional copies of <br />the drawings, specifications and contract documents as required by <br />prospective bidders, material suppliers, Federal, State and local <br />agencies from whom approval of the project must be obtained, and <br />other interested parties, but may charge only for the actual cost <br />of such copies. Upon award of each contract, the Engineer will <br />furnish to the County five (5) sets of the drawings, specifica- <br />tions and contract documents for execution. The cost of these <br />sets of contract documents are included in basic compensation paid <br />to Engineer. All original documents, survey notes, field books, <br />tracings, and the like including all items furnished to the <br />Engineer by the County pursuant to this agreement, are and shall <br />remain the property of the County. <br />(12) The drawings prepared by the Engineer shall be <br />of sufficient detail to permit the actual location of the proposed <br />improvements on the ground. The Engineer shall prepare and <br />furnish to the County at the time of preliminary plan review with- <br />out any additional compensation to Engineer, three (3) copies of a <br />map showing the needed construction easements and permanent ease- <br />ments and the land to be acquired for construction of the project. <br />Property surveys, property plats, and legal descriptions for such <br />_ M <br />
