General -Scope of Work <br />The general scope of work for the project includes all <br />work specifically set forth in this agreement including but not <br />limited to all work listed as follows; <br />-(1) Maintenance of Traffic as per FDOT standards <br />(2) Erosion Control as per FDOT and IRFWCD <br />standards <br />(3) Clearing and grubbing delineation <br />(4) Earthwork limits <br />(5) Base Coarse, surface coarses, etc. <br />(6) Subsoil investigation (including dewatering <br />operations) <br />(7) Structural design of all proposed structures <br />(8) Architectural Barrier (16th Street) <br />(9) Seeding, Sodding, Irrigation, Landscaping <br />(10) Pavement markings design and installation <br />(including 16th Street west to 43rd Avenue and <br />20th Avenue from 8th Street to SR 60) <br />(11) Signalization and School Beacons <br />1. Including, but not limited to: <br />A. Equipment design per FDOT Traffic <br />Operation Standards <br />B. Timing and Coordination <br />C. Location - Poles <br />2. Including the following intersections but <br />not limited to: <br />A. 17th Street/10th Avenue <br />B. 16th Street/Old Dixie <br />C. 16th Street/14th Avenue <br />D. 16th Street/20th Avenue <br />E. 16th Street/27th Avenue <br />F.- 12th Street/20th Avenue <br />G. (6 school beacons) <br />(12) Sidewalks <br />(13) Bikepaths (including FDOT liaison and <br />coordination) <br />(14) Roadway design <br />(15) Utility relocation <br />(16) Testing - materials including specifications <br />for testings <br />(17) FDOT coordination 17th Street/SR 5 <br />(18) FEC Railroad coordination and crossing <br />construction <br />(19) Right-of-way acquisition drawings, legal <br />descriptions and property owners list <br />(20) Surveying . <br />
