DECISION. If the protest is not resolved by mutual <br />agreement, the Purchasing Manager shall promptly <br />issue a decision -in -writing, after consulting with <br />the Department and Office of County Attorney. The <br />decision shall: <br />1. State the reasons for -the -action -taken. <br />Z. Inform the Protestant of his right to <br />Administrative review. <br />C. DISTRIBUTION.
