'RYAN'S . -m- ane -event <br />of a timely protest under this section, the County <br />shall not proceed further with the solicitation or <br />with the award of this contract until a written <br />determination is made by the Purchasing Manager and <br />approved by Office of County Attorney or a written <br />determination is made that the award of the <br />protect the substantial interest of the County. <br />9.0 SOLICITATION OR AWARDS IN VIOLATION OF LAW OR RULES AND <br />REGULATIONS <br />9.1 APPLICABILITY OF THIS PART <br />The provisions of this part apply where it is determined <br />administratively or }udiciai—review that & solie-itati-en; <br />of law or rules and regulations. <br />9.2 REMEDIES PRIOR TO AN AWARD <br />If prior to award it is determined that a solicitation <br />or proposed award of a contract is in violation of these <br />Policies, rules and regulations, the solicitation or <br />proposed award shall be: <br />A. Cabled; or <br />B. Revised to comply with the law <br />9.3 REMEDIES AFTER AN AWARD - <br />of award of a contract was in violation of these Rules <br />and Regulations, then: <br />A. <br />GOOD FAITH OF VENDOR.
