R <br />61982 � �- <br />now 51 n* 607 <br />and Limitations for Hospital Care to Resident <br />Indigent Patients as in memo from Janice Lindsey <br />dated September 7, 1982. <br />Some discussion ensued in regard to paragraphs 2 an 3 <br />which deal with length of stay and notification, and Miss <br />Lindsey commented that the hospital sometimes does not know <br />how long the patient will be there. <br />Attorney Brandenburg noted that under this policy, the <br />hospital would notify the Welfare Department immediately in <br />all cases because they do not know up front how long the <br />person will be there. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />CONTRACT STATUS PEBBLE BAY AREA WASTEWATER SYSTEM <br />Engineer John Robbins reviewed the following <br />recommendation: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of DATE: September 29, 1982 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Michael Wrigh <br />County Admini <br />SUBJECT: PEBBLE BAY SEWER AREA-- <br />FROM: <br />REA-- <br />REFERENCES: <br />As a result of discussions with the contractor and <br />the engineer, I recommend that Bain Underground Utilities <br />be allowed to complete the Pebble Bay Sewer Project. <br />All involved parties agree the project can be finished <br />by the end of October.
