This change order covers the construction cost and a•required <br />contract time extension for the items listed below: <br />1. Revisions to Electrical and Instrumentation <br />2. Installation of Emergency Generator Fuel Tank <br />3. Installation of 12 inch CMP Equalization Pipe <br />4. Additional Painting <br />5. Gaskets for Sulfuric Acid Gravity Feed Lines <br />An explanation of the work involved for each item is attached to the <br />Contract Change Order. This Contract Change Order has been approved by <br />us and requires the approval and signature of the Indian River, County <br />Board of County Commissioners. Please note that payment for this Contract <br />Change Order will be made from the contingency funds for the subject <br />project. This change order represents a 0.9% increase in the total <br />contract amount. <br />In order to expedite approval of this Contract Change Order, one copy has <br />been forwarded to Farmers Home Administration for their interim review. <br />Once the change order has been approved and signed by the Board, we will <br />transmit the originals to FmHA for official approval.
