since there is zoning available in the county for this <br />particular use. <br />Chairman Scurlock stated that he planned to vote <br />against the Motion because he felt there is a non -conformity <br />and that it would not be compatible with the surrounding <br />node. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />Commissioners Bird and Wodtke voted in favor, <br />and Commissioners Fletcher, Lyons and <br />Chairman Scurlock voted in opposition. The <br />Motion failed 2 to 3. <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that in order <br />to overturn an appeal there should be a positive Motion. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, to deny the appeal of <br />Realcor for the reasons previously stated in the <br />Minutes. <br />Commissioner Wodtke stated that he would vote against <br />the Motion for the reasons cited in his Motion to grant the <br />appeal. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
