<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatthe Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to.
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida. This notice superced llrieslpriorh
<br />notices concerning the property. The
<br />and additions are substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the southwest intersection of SR 60 and
<br />Interstate 95, Indian River County, Florida, to -
<br />wit:

<br />and except the west 10 acres, and less and

<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing, regarding the appeal
<br />by the applicant of the decision by the Plan -
<br />ring and Zoning Commission to recommend
<br />disapproval of the rezoning request. The public
<br />hearing, at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by said Board of County Com-
<br />missioners in the County Commission
<br />Chambers of the County Administration
<br />Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, November 17,
<br />1982, at 1:30 p.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
