The 67 lot subdivision is bounded <br />by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, State Road A -1-A on the <br />west, and Seagrove Subdivision on the north. The land to the <br />south of the subdivision is unplatted. The subdivision is in <br />an area.with a R-lA, Single Family District zoning classifica- <br />tion with a maximum of 4 units/acre land use and a LD -1, Low <br />Density (maximum 3 units/acre) land use classification. <br />The applicant is requesting final plat approval for Unit I of <br />the Seagrove South Subdivision, which has 32 of the subdivision's <br />67 proposed lots within its boundaries. <br />
