Davis, P.E. �, REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of 16th Avenue and 14th Avenue is complete. The final cost for the <br />work was: <br />16th Avenue <br />14th Avenue <br />$22,103.44 <br />$23,554.38 <br />Both are under the original estimates. The Final Assessment Rolls have been <br />prepared and are ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. Assessments are <br />to be paid within 90 days or in two equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve months from the due date and the second to be made twenty-four months <br />from the due date at the rate of interest established by the Board of County <br />Commissioners.
