4 .4 <br />ALTERNATIVE AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefitted owners will be less than <br />computed on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative presented <br />is to approve the final assessment rolls. <br />It Q10NI &U <br />It is recam*ended that the Final Assessment Rolls for the paving of <br />16th Avenue and 14th Avenue be approved by the Board of County Commissioners <br />and that they be transmitted to the Office of the Clerk to the Board for collection. <br />Mr. Davis reported that the assessment worked out to be <br />about 50� a front foot less than anticipated in both <br />projects. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the <br />Board unanimously approved the Final <br />Assessment Roll for the paving of 16th <br />Avenue between 2nd and 4th Streets as <br />recommended by staff. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the <br />Board unanimously approved the Final <br />Assessment Roll for the paving of 14th <br />Avenue between 2nd and 4th Streets as <br />recommended by staff. <br />Said Assessment Rolls areon file in the Office of the <br />Clerk. <br />City of Fellsmere Request to Curb <br />The Board reviewed the following memorandum: <br />22 <br />
