ORDINANCE 2012-021 <br />(B) The agricultural uses allowed in the RS -1 zoning district in Chapter 911 are <br />established in a residential development area in a manner consistent with the <br />applicable compatibility standards of sections 915.14(3) and 915.16, and any criteria <br />and standards of Chapter 971, Specific Land Use Criteria, applicable to the use. <br />(2) Uses allowed. <br />(A) All agricultural uses permitted within the A-1, Agricultural zoning district may be <br />located in accordance with section 915.14(1)(A). <br />(B) Within a residential development area, all agricultural uses allowed within the RS -1 <br />zoning district of Chapter 911 may be allowed within residential use areas. <br />1. All uses having specific land use criteria for residential districts as found in <br />Chapter 971 shall comply with the applicable Chapter 971 criteria and <br />standards. <br />(3) Compatibility. <br />(A) Compatibility between uses within the P.D. project areas shall be addressed by <br />individual project design, through the use of location, buffering, transition, <br />integration of uses, or other means, as approved by the county. <br />(B) Compatibility with properties adjacent to the P.D. project area shall be ensured by <br />compliance with the applicable standards of section 915.16. <br />(4) Site development standards. The applicable site development standards of Chapter <br />913, Subdivisions and Plats, and Chapter 914, Site Plan, shall apply. <br />Section 915.15. Planned development allowable waivers and development parameters. <br />Waivers from the various conventional standards and criteria found in the Chapter 911, <br />Zoning, may be granted by the board of county commissioners via the establishment of special <br />project development parameters, as provided for herein. <br />(1) Conceptual P.D. plans shall list, for all areas and phases within the P.D. project area, <br />the proposed waivers and development parameters for the following: <br />a. Minimum lot size (in square feet); <br />b. Minimum lot width (in feet); <br />C. Minimum lot frontage (in feet); <br />d. Minimum yard setbacks for buildings: front, rear, and side; <br />e.
