ORDINANCE 2012-029 <br />(7) Bowling alleys. Five (5) spaces per each bowling lane. <br />(8) Building supply. One space per two three hundred (L300) square feet of enclosed <br />gross floor area and one space per five hundred (500) square feet of outdoor garden <br />center, outdoor or covered storage. One space per five hundred (500) square feet of <br />gross floor area is required for detached accessory storage buildings. <br />(9) Bus terminal. One space per two hundred (200) square feet of building area, up to <br />fifty (50) percent of which may be fully sodded or otherwise stabilized as approved <br />by the public works director. For any such facility, a minimum of six (6) spaces shall <br />be provided. <br />(10) Car wash. Two (2) spaces per bay, plus two (2) car lengths paved queuing area for <br />each bay. Half of the total spaces may be provided at vacuum or other car <br />preparation stations. <br />(11) Carry -out restaurant. One space per two hundred (200) square feet of gross floor <br />area. <br />(12) Churches, temples, places of worship, public buildings, auditoriums, stadiums and <br />other places of public assembly. One space for every three (3) seats. For places of <br />worship that occupy multi -tenant commercial buildings, up to 80% of the <br />required spaces for the place of worship can be shared with other uses and <br />satisfy parking demand for commercial uses on the same site, provided that <br />regular worship services are not scheduled on weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 <br />(13) Contractors office or trades building. <br />(a) Buildings of three thousand (3,000) square feet or less shall require one space <br />per three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area. A minimum of five <br />(5) spaces are required for any building. <br />(b) Buildings greater than three thousand (3,000) square feet shall require one <br />space per three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area for the first three <br />thousand (3,000) square feet, and one space per five hundred (500) square <br />feet of gross floor area for building area over three thousand (3,000) square <br />feet. <br />(14) Convalescent homes, homes for the aged retirement homes, nursing homes and <br />other similar health care facilities. 0.65 spaces per bed shall be provided.
