The interconnection would funnel commercial traffic via a single <br />street or access point throueh a residential neighborhood and <br />create a commercial traffic cut -through within an existing <br />residential neighborhood. <br />b. The interconnection would not meet Florida roadway/design <br />"Greenbook" standards or would result in an inappropriate mix <br />of vehicles such as mixing semi -trailers and passenger vehicles. <br />C. The interconnection would dead end into an existing water body, <br />environmentally sensitive area, platted subdivision, or built <br />facilities and fail to provide future benefits of connectivity with <br />the adjacent parcel or site. <br />d. The interconnection would serve only low density residential <br />developments of less than two (2) units per acre and would fail to <br />provide future benefits of alternate access at or near a major <br />roadway intersection or alone a median divided major roadway. <br />(e) Driveway entrances must shall be designated to accommodate all vehicle types <br />having occasion to enter the site.
