He felt if the County takes over all the obligations with respect to the enterprise fund, they should get the iiurplus funds that have been built up in that fund also. Administrator Wright stated that was the intent, but possibly it needs to be clarified. Peter Robinson, President of Treasure Coast Builders Association, felt there are a few other things that should be made clear in the wording, such as specifying that any funds raised from permit fees should be used to fund the Building Department only and not any other department of the County. It was pointed out that the Agreement requires that the Department's operation shall be fully documented.
