MAY 4 1993 a; P;+c 464 <br />Jacksonville, they continue on the Tallahassee to attend that <br />meeting also as the Department of Natural Resources people feel <br />we should be there. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved out -of -county travel for Chairman Bird, <br />Attorney Brandenburg, and Administrator Wright <br />to attend the bond closing in Jacksonville on the <br />morning of May 1.0, 1983, and to attend the meeting <br />of the State Recreation & Parks Committee in the <br />afternoon of the same day in Tallahassee, travel <br />to be by chartered plane. <br />PEBBLE BAY WASTEWATER SYSTEM - FINAL ACCOUNTING <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that in discussing <br />the agreement between Indian River Shores and the County <br />regarding wastewater collection, it appears there were some <br />discrepancies in the accounting procedures employed by former <br />Mayor Nolan. Apparently, the Town owes the County an additional <br />,....$12,000 and has agreed to pay it as confirmed by the following <br />letter from Town Manager Dorsky. <br />107 <br />
