Dorsky <br />Town Manager <br />This refers to your letter of March 1, 1983 <br />concerning the accounting of funds under the <br />agreement dated January 25, 1982 between <br />Indian River Shores and the County. <br />I have reviewed the correspondence and <br />memoranda on this subject, both received and <br />sent, in this office. In order to bring the <br />basis for our respective obligations to <br />a common point, I referred to Mr. Neil A. <br />Nelson's memorandum of December 10, 1981 <br />(Assessment Fee For Pebble Bay Area Waste- <br />water Improvements), the January 25th <br />agreement and Mayor Nolan's letter to Mr. <br />Fry dated November 3, 1982 and as described <br />in these papers, I find the following <br />obligations and payments: <br />(a) Town's Obligation To The County: <br />(b) County's Obligation To Town <br />(Items 6-11 Nelson's memo) <br />(c) Balance Due County: <br />(d) Town Paid To Vero Beach <br />for County (Vero Beach <br />Connection Fee) <br />(e) Town Paid To County Direct <br />(f) Total Paid To Date: <br />Balance due County from the Town <br />(c) - (f ) <br />a <br />> <br />04Y <br />co <br />o <br />c <br />$56,051.00 <br />24,458.00 <br />$31,593.00 <br />13,875.00 <br />5,250.00 <br />19,125.00 <br />$12,468.00 <br />I have brought this obligation before our Town <br />Council and have received approval to pay the <br />amount due the County as soon as funds are available. <br />Before proceeding further, I would like to receive <br />concurrance from the County that this payment fully <br />discharges the Town's financial obligation to the <br />County under our agreement. <br />ly yours, <br />.
