REFERENCES: <br />Asst. to County Administrator/ <br />Personnel Director <br />On Thursday, May S, 1983, at the direction of the <br />County Administrator, I attended a meeting in Fort Pierce, <br />called by The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />Subject of this meeting was discussion leading to a process <br />that would set a procedure to establish the Treasure Coast <br />Job Training Consortium.-(TCJTC) and the Treasure Coast <br />Private Indust-ry..Council (TCPIC). The conclusions -reached <br />at this meeting are as fo,llows.: <br />1) A letter would be drafted by the Planning <br />Council to Governor Graham asking for a <br />thirty (30) day extension of the May 20, 1983 <br />deadline imposed by the Governor for formation <br />of the Consortium and appointment of the PIC <br />council -by the Consortium.` <br />2) A review was made of an Interlocal Agreement <br />creating the Treasure Coast Job Training Con- <br />sortium and Treasure Coast Private Industry <br />Council.
